This is not health insurance.This discount plan provides discounts for dental services rendered by the program provider. This discount plan does not make payment to providers. The only provider for this discount plan is Mount Pleasant Dental Center. The discount plan entitles the patient a discount on dental treatment.

Everyone is approved and there is no age limit.
Discounts begin immediately.
Members must remain on the plan for 12 months.
Enrollment fees are non-refundable once treatment is performed
Non-surgical periodontal treatment (Deep cleanings) are subject to a 15% discount, but are not included in the free routine cleanings.

The Mount Pleasant Dental Center Plan is a discount plan we offer to our patients to help with cost when there is no dental insurance.

We understand these financial times and we would like to help by offering special discounts to you and your family.

You will be offered this plan when you come in for an appointment or feel free to ask our receptionist if you have questions.

The Mount Pleasant Dental Center Plan will provide an affordable alternative for individual and family dental care

There is an annual enrollment fee of $360 per adult family member (age 16+). There is an annual enrollment fee of $260 per child family member (under age 16).
